TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a solution for smart assessment of the need for care as a software service, as well as maintenance, support, implementation and expert services that support the use of the solution. The framework agreement is valid until further notice. The software service enables each wellbeing services county to independently manage its own operating environment. This includes, among other things, service chains, service steering, content, reporting and user management. The procurement is carried out as a joint procurement in accordance with Section 21 of the Procurement Act. In addition to the Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county, the procurement involves: - South Savo wellbeing services county - Central Finland wellbeing services county. The Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county is responsible for competitive tendering for the joint procurement and makes the procurement decision on behalf of all wellbeing services counties participating in the procurement.
