TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of battery parts of SAFT type for AM metro cars, within the framework of a purchase framework agreement (goods procurement). Total quantity (planned): 362 pcs/24 months. The details of the parts are included in the Price Table. The parts must be delivered based on the given type and factory identification number, which must have the same or better reliability, operating capability, design, and technical parameters as those currently used for the same purpose. The contracting authority provides photographic documentation of the battery it uses. The bidder must specify in the Price Table the manufacturer and the manufacturer's identification number of the product offered. The bidder must declare whether they propose a substitute product. The quantities given in the Price Table have been determined based on previous consumption experience for 12 months, so-called experiential quantities. The experiential quantities are provided to underpin the proper evaluation of bids and to determine the total VAT-excluded bid price; the quantities procured under the contract may differ from these experiential data.
