TENDER DESCRIPTION
Technical, legal and financial assistance for managing the end of the “Emeraude” public service concession. It is not planned to break the contract into lots: the subject matter of the contract does not allow it to be allotted. The services are divided into 11 lots, pursuant to Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code: 1 firm lot and 10 optional lots.
