The contract becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The agreement is valid indefinitely. It remains in force until all contractual obligations are met or until terminated.

Key milestones and phases for delivery projects are:

• The delivery project must be initiated within three months of the agreement's entry into force, if required by the Client.
• The system is required to be fully operational in production no later than 10 months from the commencement of the delivery project.

For termination of the indefinite contract, the Client has a six (6) month notice period, and the Supplier has a nine (9) month notice period. Termination must be in writing.

• Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Direct access to AWS native management portals
• Direct access to AWS support services
• Direct access to AWS tools
• Ability to independently establish and configure new AWS environments and services
• Valid AWS authorization or right to sell and deliver AWS services to public administration customers
• Minimum of 5 years practical experience in demanding AWS cloud architecture design
• Higher-level AWS architect certification (Solution Architecture Associate or Professional)
• Lower-level AWS certification (Foundation or Associate)
• Over 7 years of experience in AWS architecture design tasks
• Over 5 years of experience in AWS deployment and maintenance tasks
• Over 5 years of experience in AWS design tasks
