TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract to be awarded is the delivery of medical consumables to the AMD centers throughout the country and the provision of related services. These include in detail: - the establishment or provision of an online platform by the contractor, through which the medical consumables can be ordered by authorized persons at each center; - the delivery of the ordered items to a delivery point specified at the time of ordering; - the preparation of an invoice with a clear reference to the delivery point; - the provision of a report per delivery point/center per calendar year in Excel format upon the client’s request. Further details can be found in the performance specification (Annex 06). The conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to § 21 VgV is planned. The framework agreement starts with the award of contract and initially has a term of two years. If not terminated, the framework agreement is extended twice by one year each time, up to a maximum duration of four years.
