TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract to be awarded is the delivery of medical consumables to the AMD centers nationwide and the provision of associated services. These specifically include: - the setup or provision of an online platform by the contractor, through which the medical consumables can be accessed by authorized persons for each center; - the delivery of the requested items to a delivery point specified at the time of order; - the issuance of an invoice with a clear reference to the delivery point; - the provision of a report per delivery point/center per calendar year in Excel format upon the client's request. Further details can be found in the performance specification (Annex 06). A framework agreement in accordance with § 21 VgV is planned. The framework agreement begins with the award of the contract and initially has a duration of two years. If there is no termination, the framework agreement will be extended twice by one year each time, up to a maximum duration of four years.
