TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the quality-assuring supervision of the construction project to ensure smooth, energy-efficient, and proper building operation. Implementation is strictly according to the guidelines of the Working Group on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of State and Municipal Administrations: AMEV 170 (Commissioning Management – IBM) as the organizational framework. AMEV 178 (Technical Monitoring – TMon) as the technical testing tool. The goal is to transparently demonstrate the contractually owed performance characteristics of the technical building equipment as well as the energy target values of the Building Energy Act (GEG), to identify and remedy commissioning deficiencies at an early stage, and to permanently minimize operating costs.
