TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the quality-assuring accompaniment of the construction project to ensure smooth, energy-efficient, and proper building operation. Implementation is strictly in accordance with the guidelines of the Working Group on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of State and Municipal Administrations: AMEV 170 (Commissioning Management – IBM) as the organizational framework. AMEV 178 (Technical Monitoring – TMon) as a technical testing tool. The goal is to transparently demonstrate the contractually owed performance characteristics of the technical building equipment as well as the energy targets of the Building Energy Act (GEG), to identify and rectify balancing defects at an early stage, and to permanently minimize operating costs.
