TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender lot (sub-contract) includes the following medicinal products: ATC code: A04AA01 · Generic name: Ondansetron · Formulation: Oral liquid · Strength: 0.8 mg/ml · Unit value: 16 mg · Quantity in units: 4120. Each tender lot is considered a separate sub-contract and is tendered independently of the other tender lots. A supplier may thus choose to submit an offer for one, several, or all tender lots, and award is made separately for each individual tender lot. A supplier may thus be awarded one, several or all sub-contracts. Reference is made to the tender documents, including whether tenders may be submitted under the individual tender lots. Under the heading “quantity in units” above, a projected consumption of the medicinal products under the tender lot has been stated, but actual consumption may differ significantly from this. Suppliers must take this into account. The reason for this is that the medicinal products are for patient treatment in public hospitals, where the patient’s needs must be met.
