TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under the contract, construction works are carried out in the Ämmässuo industrial facility area involving various building works intended to improve the infrastructure of chemical and fuel unloading and refuelling sites. The contract includes conventional earthworks and infrastructure construction works, reinforced concrete construction, process HVAC, electrical and HVAC works. Under the contract, the refuelling point of the Nutriox chemical used for odour management of the main wastewater sewer in Ämmässuo will be improved, as will the filling point of lye at the neutralisation station for wastewater from bio-waste treatment, and the refuelling point for heating oil. The measures are intended to ensure that chemical unloading sites are safe for personnel and the environment and that they comply with TUKES regulations and requirements.
