TENDER DESCRIPTION
The object of the contract is the expansion of VSAN capacity, specifically in the supply of storage and memory components for the expansion of the VMware vSAN infrastructure of the Dell PowerEdge XC750 servers that form part of the organization’s virtualization cluster, with the aim of: - Increasing the available storage capacity of the VMware vSAN platform. - Increasing the RAM memory capacity of the hosts to respond to the growth of virtualized workloads while ensuring compatibility with the existing architecture and with the requirements of VMware vSAN ESA. The supply includes certified Dell Technologies NVMe Enterprise Mixed Use drives compatible with VMware vSAN, as well as DDR4 RDIMM memory modules approved by the manufacturer for installation in the existing servers.
