The contract has a total duration of 12 months, commencing from the date the contract is formalized. The total duration, any partial execution periods, and the start date of the service are specified in the "Plazo de ejecución/entrega" (Execution/Delivery Period) section of the Specifications Sheet. These deadlines are indicative and are subject to modification based on the bidding process. The contract may be extended for a period equal to or shorter than its initial execution period, and this possibility of extension is detailed in the "Prórroga" (Extension) section of the Specifications Sheet. The maximum allowed extension is three times the originally planned execution period. For outcome-based contracts, the maximum execution period begins on the date stipulated in the contract. For activity contracts, the maximum term is either as stated in the "Plazo de ejecución/entrega" section or until the maximum budget is depleted, whichever occurs first.

The core scope of work for this tender involves providing a Support Office (Oficina de Apoyo) for the integration of IT systems from Portos de Galicia into AMTEGA. The service aims to facilitate the advancement of the various phases defined in the Integration Plan approved on November 24, 2025.

The contractor's role is auxiliary and advisory, assisting AMTEGA personnel in tasks such as analysis, coordination, implementation, evolution, and validation of the integration of technological services and projects, without exercising authority.

The core deliverables and activities within this Statement of Work include:

• Constitution of the Office: This involves proposing the work methodology for the office, outlining documentation for global service management, defining content for documentation repositories, and suggesting indicators for monitoring the development and implementation of technological solutions and system operation.
• Operation of the Office: This encompasses providing support in the strategic identification and monitoring of projects and systems, defining offered services (including understanding the objective, scope, planning, and requirements of various technological projects and systems), contributing experience, state-of-the-art knowledge, and best practices, and evaluating functional or technological proposals related to the integration projects and systems.
