TENDER DESCRIPTION
Tampere University (thereinafter also "TAU" or "Contracting Authority" calls for tenders for an Anechoic Radio Frequency (RF) Chamber for Hervanta Campus' Sähkötalo. The procurement concerns an Anechoic RF Chamer (hereinafter referred to as "Chamber") for wireless communication technology, to be integrated into the WICO research environment and primarily used by the Tampere Wireless Research Center. The facility will be used for conducting Over-The-Air (OTA) antenna measurements, supporting advanced research and experimental validation in wireless communications. The chamber will enable research on current and future wireless systems and will further strengthen the existing high-level research in the field. The object of the tender process is described in more detail in the invitation to tender documents. A dedicated space has been allocated for both the chamber and an adjacent control room. Detailed layouts and spatial specifications are provided in the appendices to this tender.
