Technical analysis of an installation for syngas production from the gasification of sewage sludge and biodegradable waste 5.1. The subject of the contract is to carry out a task entitled: “Technical analysis of an installation for syngas production from the gasification of sewage sludge and biodegradable waste”. 5.2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is required to prepare a technical and technological concept for a hydrothermal carbonization and gasification installation of the resulting biochar, together with other waste streams, in order to produce electrical and thermal energy in a cogeneration unit. 5.3. The subject of the contract includes preparation of a technical and technological concept including in particular: 1) development of a technological diagram; 2) selection of appropriate equipment; 3) mass and energy balance; 4) information concerning the generated waste; 5) location for siting; 6) development of a site management concept. 5.4.
