The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory instruments, including the associated software equipment, for the Secondary Health School in Banská Bystrica, which will be used to ensure practical instruction for students. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the annexes to the tender documents (hereinafter also “TD”), in particular in Annex No. 1 to the TD – Contract on the supply of goods and its annexes (hereinafter also “contract”) and in Annex No. 2 to the TD – Price calculation and technical specification.
