TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Federal Company for Disposal mbH requires a five-storey extension to the existing administrative building (basement to 3rd floor) due to an additional need for office and administrative spaces. The contractor (AN) assumes, as a general contractor, all services for the turnkey realization of the extension including all planning, coordination, construction, commissioning, and documentation services up to the defect-free handover to the client. The overall dimensions of the new building are approximately 92.70 x 36.76 m. The extension of the existing administrative building is intended to provide approximately 215 office workstations, a fully air-conditioned cold archive, a data center according to availability class 3 (VK3), and meeting rooms. The expected duration for the service provision is approximately 36 months after contract award.
