Servicemægleren A/S is pleased to assist the Housing Cooperative Association of 1941 with a tender for cleaning of its addresses located in Ringsted. The following addresses are involved: Brogade 22-30; Brogade 32-36; Brogade 18-20; Sjællandsgade 21-35; Jørgen Roedsvej 1-7; Sjællandsgade 22-26; Vilh. Andersensvej 17-23; Fynsgade 1-11; Brogade 8-10; Vilh. Andersensvej 5-9; Fynsgade 8-20; Bryggerstræde 5-11 and 2-8; Pileborggade 12; Bataljonen; Brohuset; Pileborggade 7; Schandorphsvej 24A; Næstvedvej 9; Næstvedvej 11 A-B; Næstvedvej 1-1B, 1C, 1D; Nørretorv 51-53; Hyldegårdsvej 5, 7, 9. The assignment concerns the performance of scheduled cleaning of stairwell entrances, washrooms and drying rooms, function rooms etc. The contracting authority’s daily users consist mainly of residents and the contracting authority’s property officials. There are approximately 1,700 m2 that must be cleaned weekly at the contracting authority across all addresses together. The assignment is re-tendered based on the previous notice regarding this cleaning agreement, with notice ID: 974c170c-9f8a-4e96-bfa7-2e129b0548b2 and notice/document no. 564542-2025.
