This document constitutes the AMENDMENT OF THE NOTICE dated 15.08.2025: The grant-awarding authority (concession grantor) already published a procurement procedure EU-wide on 15.08.2025 (publication number of the notice: 539825-2025) and on 18.08.2025 on https://projekttraeger-breitband.de. This procedure was carried out as a two-stage negotiated procedure with a prior participation competition. In the context of the participation competition, suitable bidders had already been identified, who also submitted an initial tender offer and with whom bidder discussions have already been held; binding tender offers were also already submitted. The negotiated procedure has therefore been initiated, but has not yet been completed. Due to a telecommunications company withdrawing from the contractually assured market-based (self-financed) expansion during the ongoing procedure, the affected addresses have now been added to the procurement. The change to the expansion area (for further details see the accompanying document to the amendment notice) requires a corresponding adaptation of the present procurement documents for the appointment/engagement of a concessionaire.
