TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority makes the following amendments compared with the original contract notice with the number 222403-2025. The subject of the tender is the leasing, operation and modernisation of the Cassiopeia Therme in Badenweiler. The State of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the Ministry of Finance of Baden-Württemberg (“contracting authority”), intends to find a qualified operator with many years of experience who recognises, preserves and further develops the historical and cultural significance of the Cassiopeia Therme in an economically sound, sustainable and future-oriented manner. The Cassiopeia Therme in Badenweiler has been in need of renovation for some time. Significant investments in the existing facility are necessary in order to preserve the historical substance for future generations and, at the same time, to make the thermal spa future-oriented in terms of sustainability and attractiveness.
