TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the HLSK construction services (heating, ventilation, sanitary, cooling as well as building automation) within the scope of the project replacement of the angiography system at BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost Halle. The measure includes the technical adaptation and renewal of the building services infrastructure to accommodate and operate a new angiography system including all necessary ancillary systems and technical facilities. The tendered services include in particular the dismantling of existing HLSK systems including proper disposal, the new construction and adaptation of sanitary, heating, ventilation and cooling systems as well as the required building automation services including connection to the existing building management system et/G. Furthermore, all commissioning, testing, balancing, measuring, documentation and acceptance services are part of the contract. A key focus of the project is establishing the air conditioning conditions required for the operation of a modern angiography unit.
