TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this plot of land offer, BBEG provides for the granting of building-lease rights (Erbbaurechte) for plots of land – alternatively the sale of plots of land – in the quarter “Neuer Huckepackbahnhof” in the Hamburg district of Rothenburgsort. The plots are located between Billhorner Brückenstraße and Olga-Brandt-Knack-Straße. On these plots of land, both a modern sports and event arena with a capacity of approx. 8,000 to 10,000 seats and a quarter car park garage are to be developed. The construction of both the sports and event arena and the associated quarter car park garage is an обязатель component of the project.
