TENDER DESCRIPTION

Anchor supports are purchased to support the ceilings of excavation voids at heights of 2.5 to 5.0 m. The anchor support consists of anchor bolts with a square head and a right-hand rebar thread of 16 mm nominal diameter, with a length of 1140 to 2250 mm, anchor couplers and bearing plates. The anchor support is reusable (at least 10 times) and must allow both mechanical and manual installation. The mechanical strength of the support elements is at least 90 kN. The design of the anchor coupler included in the anchor support set must ensure installation and fastening in a borehole with a diameter of 40 to 44 mm. The compressive strength of the rocks is 60 to 80 MPa. The supplier submits samples of the Goods offered in the package (see the Specifications). The samples’ package must be marked with the name of the procurement and sent/delivered to the address: Väike-Pungerja, Alutaguse Parish, 41301 Ida-Viru County, Estonia, mine (Underground Production Department) no later than 30.05.2025.
