To ensure consistent implementation of the noise action plans, in particular phase 4, as well as to monitor new regulations as part of the amendment of the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), such as gap closures between 30 km/h zones, the Regulatory Affairs and Registry Office of Esslingen am Neckar requires the refurbishment of existing speed monitoring systems to the current state of the art.
