TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the award procedure is the conclusion of a long-term lease for a property to be constructed or converted in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements, including landlord-typical services provided by the property management. The contracting authority will presumably take over the usual tenant obligations of the property management (including winter maintenance). Details regarding this can be taken from the draft of the lease to be concluded during the tender phase. For the construction task in question, no plot of land will be provided by the contracting authority/awarding body. Applicants in the participation competition are requested to offer with their application documents at least one, but at most three plots of land for the participation competition. The requirements regarding the location and suitability of the plot of land are set out in Annex 1 – selection area, which forms part of the tender documents provided for the participation competition on the procurement platform.
