TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction of a new student residence for the Studierendenwerk Heidelberg AöR at August-Neuhaus-Straße 33, Schwetzingen, with 96 residential units (89 single apartments, one triple and two double shared-living communities) across four storeys. The three- to four-storey building (gross floor area approx. 3,390 m², including approx. 657 m² ground-floor car park; gross volume approx. 9,864 m³) will be constructed predominantly using reinforced concrete and masonry construction, mainly on strip foundations. The ground-floor car park provides 22 parking spaces for cars and approx. 34 spaces for bicycles; in the exterior areas, an additional 9 parking spaces for cars and approx. 64 bicycle spaces will be created. The subject of this tender are the raw construction works with, essentially, the following scope of services: - Site set-up (among others: construction fencing/barricades/scaffolding, containers, site roads/storage areas, temporary water and temporary power supply, drainage for site toilets) - Shoring/retaining works - Earthworks (including trenching for pipes) - Drainage sewer works (foul water, inspection manholes, external area) - Masonry works - Reinforced concrete…
