TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a new student residence for Studentenwerk Heidelberg AöR at August-Neuhaus-Straße 33, Schwetzingen, with 96 residential units (89 single apartments, one three-person and two two-person shared living arrangements) across four storeys. The three- to four-storey building (gross floor area approx. 3,390 m², including approx. 657 m² basement/ground-floor garage; gross internal volume approx. 9,864 m³) will be constructed predominantly using reinforced concrete and masonry construction methods, mostly on strip footings. The basement/ground-floor garage provides 22 parking spaces for cars and approx. 34 bicycle parking spaces; in the outdoor area, an additional 9 car parking spaces and approx. 64 bicycle parking spaces will be created.
