TENDER DESCRIPTION

The description of the products is available in the Specification. Attached to the Award Documentation, all documents necessary for the preparation of the tender are included. The minimum and maximum estimated quantities during the framework agreement period, as well as for each subsequent contract (Year I, Year II, Year III, Year IV) are in accordance with Annex 1 to the Specification. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract expected to be awarded during the framework agreement period: 13.174.616 lei excluding T.V.A. The Contracting Authority estimates that, based on the framework agreement, at least 8 subsequent contracts will be concluded, with a frequency of at least 2 subsequent contracts per year.
