TENDER DESCRIPTION

The product description is available in the Specifications (Caietul de sarcini). Attached to the Award documentation, all documents necessary for preparing the tender are included. The minimum and maximum quantities estimated over the duration of the framework agreement, as well as for each subsequent contract (year I, year II, year III, year IV) are in accordance with Annex 1 to the Specifications. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: 13.174.616 lei, excluding VAT. The Contracting Authority estimates that, based on the framework agreement, at least 8 subsequent contracts will be concluded, with a frequency of at least 2 subsequent contracts per year.
