The procurement procedure is conducted as an open procedure in accordance with VgV. Any interested company may submit a tender. Tender submission and communication shall take place exclusively electronically via the procurement platform. Negotiations regarding tenders or prices do not take place. Only tenders that satisfy all minimum requirements are included in the award scoring. The evaluation is carried out on the basis of the published award criteria, the evaluation matrix, and the binding information in the Technical Tender booklet. Delivery of a fully functional, ready-for-operation, tested and road-approved mobile standby power unit with at least 630 kVA electrical continuous power output in PRP operation, 400/230 V, 50 Hz and cos phi 0.8.
