The procurement procedure is conducted as an open procedure in accordance with VgV. Any interested company may submit an offer. Offer submission and communication are carried out exclusively electronically via the procurement platform. No negotiations on offers or prices take place. Only offers that meet all minimum requirements are included in the award scoring. The evaluation is carried out on the basis of the published award criteria, the evaluation matrix, and the binding information in the Technical Offer booklet. Delivery of a fully functional, ready-for-operation, tested and road-legal mobile power back-up unit with at least 630 kVA electrical continuous power in PRP operation, 400/230 V, 50 Hz and cos phi 0.8.
