Public procurement procedure aimed at concluding a framework contract for the procurement of antistatic flame-resistant protective clothing. The fundamental objective of the public procurement procedure is to provide and continuously supply antistatic flame-resistant protective clothing (hereinafter: product or protective clothing) for the employees of the Contracting Authorities to ensure safe work. The winning Tenderer must ensure continuous supply throughout the entire duration of the sales framework contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, meaning it is a fundamental requirement that the given product must be available at any time. The Contracting Authority defines the general technical requirements and parameters for the protective clothing in the Technical Specification. The framework quantity: 6,441 pcs. The Contracting Authority undertakes a call-off obligation for 70% of the framework quantity.
