TENDER DESCRIPTION
As an Excellence University with more than 43,000 students and around 6,000 employees, the University of Hamburg (hereinafter “UHH”) is one of the most research-intensive universities in Germany and, at the same time, one of the largest training institutions in Northern Germany. With its “Flagship University” concept in the Hamburg metropolitan region, it maintains innovative and cooperative links with scientific and non-academic partners. For the site—also nationally and internationally—it produces future-oriented public goods: education, knowledge, and the exchange of knowledge, under the guiding objective of sustainability. The University of Hamburg conducts an Open Procedure pursuant to § 15 VgV to obtain a service provider for the publication of job advertisements on different job portals. The objective of the procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to § 21 VgV for a period of up to four years. The UHH is looking for a specialized agency with proven expertise in HR/recruiting/HR marketing, with long-standing and successful establishment in the market, which takes over all tasks associated with national and international external job advertisements.
