TENDER DESCRIPTION

An office building with 95 workplaces is to be constructed. The customer business is to be handled on the ground floor. On the upper floors, office premises required for administration are to be housed flexibly. The ancillary areas for storage, archives, etc. are to be located in a basement. The entire building, as well as the public areas, are to be constructed barrier-free in accordance with DIN 18040 / Part 1. Number of storeys: - Basement - Ground floor with customer traffic - 1st to 3rd upper floors Parking spaces: 42 spaces The following sequence is agreed and implemented: 1. Partial demolition (not subject matter of this functional performance description) The existing customer hall is separated from the main building (high-rise). After that, the customer hall as well as the medical service are demolished. The resulting excavation pit is then backfilled using RC material. The area of the new construction remains excluded. 2.
