TENDER DESCRIPTION
An office building with 95 workstations is to be constructed. Customer business is to be handled on the ground floor. On the upper floors, office space required for administration is to be flexibly accommodated. Ancillary areas for storage, archives, etc. are to be located in a basement level. The entire building, as well as the public areas, are to be executed barrier-free in accordance with DIN 18040 / Part 1. Number of storeys: - Basement level - Ground floor with customer traffic - Floors 1 to 3 (upper floors) Parking spaces: 42 units The following sequence is agreed and will be implemented: 1. Partial demolition (not subject matter of this functional performance description) The existing customer hall is to be separated from the main building (high-rise). The customer hall and the medical service are then demolished. The resulting excavation pit is then backfilled using RC material. The area of the new build remains left out. 2. New construction of the building At the site (see site plan - page 03), the new building structure with 95 workstations is then to be erected.
