The contract takes effect from its notification date and has an initial duration of twelve (12) months. It is tacitly renewable for periods of twelve months, with a total maximum duration of four (4) years.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of management training services for the supervisory staff of the prefecture of Hauts-de-Seine, the departmental directorate for the protection of populations, and the departmental common general secretariat of Hauts-de-Seine (referred to as préfecture 92, DDPP 92, and SGCD 92), and more generally for "administrations territoriales de l'Etat (ATE)". The market addresses the needs of these entities and all associated services, missions, and agents.

The statement of work summary and core deliverables include a training course for the supervisory staff, comprising two workshops of one day or two half-days. The objectives of these workshops are to develop the following capacities:

• Organizing, orienting, and efficiently circulating information to the appropriate individuals.
• Planning, structuring, and coordinating tasks and resources to effectively achieve objectives.
• Identifying subtle indicators of potential changes, risks, problems, or opportunities.
• Adopting a hybrid and agile management approach in response to work transformation.
• Adapting managerial practices to the specificities of each service.
• Motivating collaboration, knowledge sharing, and coordinated action among individuals to achieve common goals.

The maximum value for services under purchase orders for the entire market duration is €240,000.00 HT. The initial contract duration is twelve (12) months, tacitly renewable for periods of twelve months, up to a total maximum of four (4) years.
