TENDER DESCRIPTION

By applying this procedure, the Contracting Authority intends to award a supply contract having as its subject the purchase of a “Laser welding machine” used in research and development activities. “Laser welding machine” – 1 unit (according to the specifications), CPV Code: 42662000-4 – Welding equipment (Rev.2) During the term of the contract, the contractor’s activity will be governed by the following principles: i. The contractor shall act in the interest of the contracting authority during the supply of the products, under the conditions and within the limits described in the documentation related to this award procedure; ii. The contractor shall act in order to achieve the objectives presented for the contract with regard to optimizing the use of the resources needed to achieve the objectives of the contract.
