The project involves the delivery and commissioning of a Vehicle for autonomous SKO collection (K01), along with a Dispatch center (monitoring) for remote vehicle control (K02). A crucial part of the tender is the establishment and operation of a Private 5G network (K03) for autonomous SKO collection, which encompasses building the necessary infrastructure, ensuring 5G signal coverage, and conducting an environmental analysis to determine optimal hardware placement and cable distribution.

Additionally, the tender requires the provision of a Localization system for autonomous SKO collection (K04), Trainers and education support systems (K05), and Other systems (K06) as specified by the client, including their integration into the existing operational environment.

Beyond hardware and systems, the scope extends to providing all necessary licenses for the proper use and operation of the delivered solutions. Implementation services are also a core aspect, which include a pre-implementation analysis, the creation of execution documentation (Prováděcí projekt) for client approval, proposals for integrating new technologies into the existing infrastructure (covering physical placement, power, backup, network communication, management, and cybersecurity), the actual implementation of acquired technologies, and any necessary reconfiguration of current systems. This also involves designing and executing acceptance tests, including performance and high availability tests.

Service and warranty services are required for a minimum of 24 months after the handover, including technical support, operational services, and maintenance. The supplier is also responsible for project management throughout the contract's duration and providing training for the client's personnel. Regular and comprehensive reporting on operational and maintenance services is also mandated on a monthly basis. All deliverables must comply with valid Czech Republic legal regulations and technical standards, with the supplier being responsible for the overall completeness and functionality, as well as ensuring work safety, health protection, data protection, and cybersecurity.
