TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement-managed management of the school catering service for the benefit of students and teaching staff entitled to it at the state nursery and primary schools of the Municipality of Gallipoli (LE), including the supply of ingredients, the preparation and cooking of meals at the municipal cooking center, packing, transport and carriage, distribution to the dining rooms of the end consumption premises, management of special diets, sanitisation of premises and equipment, in compliance with the technical specifications and the contractual clauses contained in the Minimum Environmental Criteria referred to in the Ministerial Decree of 10 March 2020 (No 65/2020), as supplemented by the MASE explanatory Circular of 25 September 2025. The service is estimated at a total of 182,400 meals over the three-year period (approximately 400 meals/day for 152 service days for 3 school years).
