TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Housing Fund wishes to set up a dynamic purchasing system in order to have work carried out for the fit-out of 15 commercial units belonging to the Fonds Du Logement, which are currently “shell” units with no technical fit-out or finishes. The construction contracts to enable the fit-out of these units will be of the following types: - Masonry and openings works; - Screed and floor insulation works; - Tiling works and floor finishes; - Heating/sanitary/plumbing/ventilation works; - Electrical works; - Plaster, drywalls, suspended ceilings and technical flooring works; - Painting works; - Interior joinery works.
