TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a works concession which, as real-estate execution terms, includes the assignment of portions of land with charges and a temporary waiver of the right of accession. The concession, from the time it is concluded, covers all studies, permit procedures, financing, works and marketing operations for the project, comprising at least 35 public-utility housing units of at least the “turnkey” type, on land belonging to AGILIS, located on rue des 10 Bonniers in Marchin. This concession is closely linked to another concession that is the subject of a separate publication carried out by the commune of Marchin, which also concerns the construction and marketing of housing units. The bids submitted must cover both concessions.
