TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a works concession including, as real-estate execution arrangements, transfers of portions of land with charges and a temporary waiver of the right of accession. From the time it is concluded, the concession covers all studies, permit procedures, financing, works and marketing operations for the project, comprising at least 35 dwellings of public utility, of at least the “turnkey” type, on the plot of land belonging to the municipality of Marchin, located at rue des 10 Bonniers in Marchin. This concession is closely linked to another concession covered by another publication carried out by Agilis, which also concerns the development and marketing of housing units. The bids submitted must relate to both concessions.
