TENDER DESCRIPTION

This call for projects is intended to select an operator wishing to occupy areas of its public domain in order to install and operate photovoltaic solar carports intended for the production and valorisation of electricity in the West Basins of the GPMM. This consultation is therefore not intended to select an operator to whom the GPMM would entrust the execution of works, the supply of goods, the provision of services, or the management of a public service mission that would meet a need of the GPMM in return for a costly consideration.
