The contract is initially for a period of two (2) years from its notification date. It can be renewed four (4) times for an additional twelve (12) months each, with a maximum total duration not exceeding six (6) years.

Key milestones and phases include:

• Phase n°1 (Delivery of the first immersive room): Within one month after the contract notification, the first immersive room must be delivered and installed. This phase also includes the delivery of a first scenario and training of administration personnel within 5 working days following the room's installation.
• Phase n°2 (Delivery of simulators): Within 6 months after the contract notification, simulated equipment, standard weapons, and a second scenario must be delivered. This phase also includes training for administrators.
• Licence and user manual: Delivery within 15 working days from the reception of the purchase order.
• Conception and development of a new weapon or equipment simulator: Delivery within 3 months from the reception of the purchase order.

The provisional notification date is October 30, 2026, though this date is indicative and not contractually binding.

The core scope of work for this tender primarily involves the delivery and maintenance of an immersive room and its accessories, including hardware, technical architecture, and installation. It encompasses the design, development, and delivery of two scenarios, each requiring functional and technical specifications, user manuals, source files, third-party service configurations, and design/UX elements like mock-ups and wireframes. Key deliverables also include beta versions for testing, access to test environments, internal test reports, compliance reports, security audit reports, and a list of project dependencies.

Furthermore, the tender requires the provision of specific physical simulators (e.g., various pistols, a Taser, defense aerosol, batons, flashlights, and a pedestrian camera), along with their user manuals and safety certificates. Training is a significant component, covering operators and administrators for both the immersive room and the second scenario, as well as specialized training for scenario construction.

The Statement of Work also includes the provision of a one-year software license and user manual for scenario construction, allowing the Administration to define its own scenarios. For additional equipment, the scope covers the conception and development of new simulated weapons or equipment, including 3D plans, descriptive notices, and maintenance plans. Ongoing support includes transversal services such as meeting minutes for project monitoring, and maintenance services for both software and hardware, evidenced by restoration attestations and intervention reports. Finally, the provision of accessories and spare parts with their respective user manuals is also part of the scope.
