TENDER DESCRIPTION

Installations that are not eligible for a purchase contract taken pursuant to an order mentioned in Article R. 314-12 of the Energy Code are eligible for the invitation to tender. Installations are also eligible that, under the order of 13.12.2016 setting the conditions for the complementary remuneration for electricity produced by electricity generation installations using mechanical wind energy, have either (i) an application for a complementary remuneration contract declared complete by EDF or (ii) a complementary remuneration contract signed in advance and not yet having taken effect: the Installation characteristics mentioned in the candidate’s offer (in particular rated capacity and/or number of towers) may differ from the characteristics mentioned in the application for the contract or in the complementary remuneration contract signed in advance referred to above. The called cumulative capacity is allocated across application periods, spread over five years.
