The contract timeline is as follows: The contract has an initial duration of 12 months. It will start on January 1, 2027, or from the date of notification if it is later. • Transanal laparoscopic trocars (e.g., 4 x 5.5cm, other sizes).
• Trocars for coelioscopy (various types including threaded sheaths of different sizes, protected blade trocars, metal trocars, plastic trocars, foam tip trocars with balloons, and trocars for sleeve gastrectomy with balloons).
• Multi-instrument trocars for single incision.
• Open coelioscopy trocars with balloons (e.g., 10/12mm x 100mm, 10/12mm x 130mm, other sizes).
• Transvaginal coelioscopy trocars (e.g., D.7cm, D.9.5cm, other sizes).

• Product Specifications: All medical devices must be sterile, single-use, and carry CE marking. For devices containing PVC, they should preferably be without carcinogenic, mutagenic, or reprotoxic phthalates. Products must be latex-free for certain glove types.
• Documentation: Suppliers must provide complete technical and commercial documentation for their proposed products.
• Samples: A request for samples may be made later for testing purposes.
• Quantities: Estimated, minimum, and maximum annual quantities are provided for each item, with sizes being indicative and subject to variation based on clinical evaluation results.
• Contract Duration: The contract is for a period of 12 months, commencing on January 1, 2027, or from the notification date.
