Supply of wiping cloths and cotton thread waste for the benefit of units of the National Navy. The items to be supplied correspond to 4NNO belonging to class group 7920 and are intended to cover the needs of the units of the National Navy for the naval bases of Brest, Toulon and Cherbourg.
