TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is intended to supply fuel and aqueous solution for vehicles in the fleet of the contracting authorities, via an accreditation card system usable in a network of service stations and the provision of ancillary services :
 The fuels and aqueous solution to be supplied under the framework agreement are as follows: Gas oil, SP 95/E5, SP 95/E10? SP 98/E5 and AdBlue.
 The supply cards will be chip-based or magnetic stripe. 
 The ancillary services accessible through the supply cards or badges will be the motorway toll and the car park toll.
