The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract start date: The purchase contract becomes effective from the date specified by the Client, upon signing by both parties, or upon signing by both parties and the supplier providing a valid contract performance guarantee (if applicable).
• Contract end date: The contract is valid until the final fulfillment of contractual obligations and mutual settlement between the parties, or until the contract is terminated. The contract concludes when the supplier fulfills their obligations to the client, if it is properly executed and fully paid for the services, or when it is terminated as per the contract's provisions, or due to a court decision.
• Total duration: Services are provided for a period chosen by the Client in months from the contract's effective date. The service delivery period, including any extensions, cannot exceed 3 (three) years.
• Key milestones or phases: If the Client purchases less than 100% of the initial contract value, the service delivery period can be extended by mutual written agreement for periods not exceeding 6 (six) months, until the Client purchases the initial contract value. Service handover and acceptance can be formalized by a mutually agreed Service Handover-Acceptance Act.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include the provision of services, the specific name of which is chosen by the client from the CPO IS catalog, along with data about the object(s), preliminary quantity, and the service price per unit and for the preliminary quantity. Additionally, there is a provision for "Papildomoms Paslaugoms" (Additional Services) that can be acquired, with a maximum value not exceeding 10% of the initial purchase contract value.
