TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is design work for the purpose of preparing project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "PD"), securing related engineering activities and securing services and related measures. The scope of the project documentation – the project documentation will be divided into two objects: 1) existing swimming pool and its facilities; 2) extension of the swimming pool. In the 1st PD object, the reconstruction of the existing swimming pool will be addressed. The reconstruction is primarily intended to modernize and enhance the attractiveness of the existing swimming pool. The basis for this object is the "Architectural solution of the volumetric study Aquapark Cheb" prepared by Atelier 11 Hradec Králové s.r.o. and the "Diagnostic and corrosion report" prepared by Experis DSKM, s.r.o. The object of the swimming pool extension will include a so-called relaxation and experience zone (aquapark) including the construction of an outdoor part for seasonal swimming.
