TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is design work for the preparation of design documentation (hereinafter referred to as “PD”), ensuring related engineering activities and ensuring services and related measures. The scope of the design documentation – the design documentation will be divided into two structures: 1) the existing swimming pool and its facilities; 2) the extension of the swimming pool. For structure 1, the reconstruction of the existing pool will be addressed. The reconstruction is intended primarily to modernise and make the existing swimming pool more attractive. The basis for this structure is the “Architectural solution for the concept study of Aquapark Cheb” prepared by Ateliér 11 Hradec Králové s.r.o. and the “Diagnostic and corrosion report” prepared by Experis DSKM, s.r.o. The extension structure of the swimming pool will contain the so-called relaxation and experience zone (aquapark) including the construction of an outdoor part for seasonal swimming.
